This warranty includes the following conditions: This policy covers some products only as described in the product description. The product must be in its original condition 100%, without any signs of use or damage. All original accessories and full packaging of the product must be attached. A return request can be submitted within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. Products that have been clearly used or opened in a way that changes their original condition are not accepted for return. The customer bears the return fee, which is 34 including VAT. In case of a manufacturing defect or flaw, the full amount paid will be refunded. The period for processing the refund from the date of receiving the return request is 15-25 working days.
